Well blacks are in the real world, so what are you talking about.....we have no choice but to be prepared, for the good and the bad. And that goes for all races of people, "Homie"! It's not only black people.

G'day my friend!!! Yes it does. I've been seeing an orthopedic surgeon for a couple of years now... He gives me an injection every 6 months, but it's only temporary. If you klnow something about the knee joint, I can tell you that the meniscus is totally gone... I have bone grinding against bone, and is now arthritic. He tells me it's only a matter of time to where I won't be able to stand it anymore. Since it is a work injury, the company will pay for the operation, but I'll be off my feet for 8 weeks, and medical only pays 80% with no adjustments for overtime I would have worked... So I really cannot afford the time off...
