Maybe you're not understand how I feel about GZ. So let me make this real clear. If Trayvon, broke his nose. He deserved it. If Trayvon, bashed his head in the cement he deserved it. Only the injuries that he did sustain. Wasn't serious. And you know it.

Definition
By Mayo Clinic staff

A concussion is a traumatic brain injury that alters the way your brain functions. Effects are usually temporary, but can include problems with headache, concentration, memory, judgment, balance and coordination.

Although concussions usually are caused by a blow to the head, they can also occur when the head and upper body are violently shaken. These injuries can cause a loss of consciousness, but most concussions do not. Because of this, some people have concussions and don't realize it.

Concussions are common, particularly if you play a contact sport, such as football. But every concussion injures your brain to some extent. This injury needs time and rest to heal properly. Luckily, most concussive traumatic brain injuries are mild, and people usually recover fully.

Symptoms
By Mayo Clinic staff

The signs and symptoms of a concussion can be subtle and may not be immediately apparent. Symptoms can last for days, weeks or even longer.

The most common symptoms after a concussive traumatic brain injury are headache, amnesia and confusion. The amnesia, which may or may not be preceded by a loss of consciousness, almost always involves the loss of memory of the impact that caused the concussion.

Signs and symptoms of a concussion may include:

Headache or a feeling of pressure in the head
Temporary loss of consciousness
Confusion or feeling as if in a fog
Amnesia surrounding the traumatic event
Dizziness or "seeing stars"
Ringing in the ears
Nausea or vomiting
Slurred speech
Fatigue

Some symptoms of concussions may be immediate or delayed in onset by hours or days after injury:

Concentration and memory complaints
Irritability and other personality changes
Sensitivity to light and noise
Sleep disturbances
Disorders of taste and smell

Trayvon, btw, played football so he very well understood how to take a person down.

If some people don't grasp the gravity of someone's head hitting hard cement, then I guess we don't need to equip children w/bicycle helmets do we.

Judging from Zimmerman's injuries to the back of his head, he's very lucky that all he sustained was a concussion and it may very well account for why he didn't seek medical attention immediately. He probably should have in that after a concussion, it's very important to keep an eye on the person, waking them during sleep, to make sure their condition hasn't worsened and requiring immediate medical care.

Everyone has the right to walk in public. But you do not follow someone or anyone without proper justification. Because it can backfire. Leave that to law enforcement. I wouldn't encourage it. Because if you do it can turn into a serious situation. You should always contact the police first. No matter how much you want to be a good Samaritan. You are always encouraged to contact the police.
I knew about the previous break-ins in that neighborhood. But as Neighborhood Watch Volunteer. You are instructed to contact the police and do not intervene. This guy was on meds I think for his ADHD. He has a record of violence against a police officer. Violence against his first fiancé. And known to harass the people in that neighborhood and you give that guy a gun?
And if a guy look suspicious. I would contact the police. I wouldn't want anyone to follow someone who they were suspicious of because they could have a gun. It's not safe. You contact the police and give a description.
If Zimmerman wanted to continue to follow Trayvon. He should have stayed in the car and waited for the police. It's that simple. The dispatcher even said to him. "Are you following him?" Zimmerman, said Yes! Dispatcher response: "Okay we don't need you to do that!"
I mean, say what you want and how you want it. But Zimmerman is a 28 year old man who killed an unarmed 17 year old teenager. Doing absolutely nothing. And I'm not buying that self defense excuse from that pill popper. That is why it's strongly encourage to not take the law into your own hands.
Whatever, Trayvon's reaction was from someone like Zimmerman who was not in a uniform who had on regular clothes. A red jacket and jeans. If TM did had a reaction. He was well within his rights to defend himself because I'm sure he thought that Zimmerman was out to harm him. And he did. How was TM suppose to know who GZ was?
George Zimmerman, was a time bomb waiting to go off and he handled the situation poorly.
As I can say that "You can't legally turn around and attack someone based upon your out-of-control, bully-like emotional mentality, merely for that other person going in the same direction as you are! Or else it can (and obviously did, in Trayvons' case) backfire on you."

-

Zimmerman had every right [as protected by law] to go where he wanted in public. It doesn't matter what you say, or what the neighborhood watch strongly recommended Zimmerman did, or even what the dispatcher suggested; his RIGHTS stand strong and in plain sight, of which cannot be infringed upon. You cannot use ones' rights in order to persecute them with when a thug turns around and attacks the other using said rights to go where they choose in public... all based upon assumption (from the thug).

If Zimmerman did first attack Trayvon that night, simply for walking on a public sidewalk or on a public street, and there's clear proof of this? Then I'll change my argument, obviously. Until that proof is brought forward, I would not vote "guilty," merely based upon blind assumption.

Don't start telling others they can turn around and attack someone for merely following them in public; you or your friends / family will be seriously sorry for doing so, if they do it. Trust me.
