I don't think he meant heels like female hills, he means like the kind that are already on dress shoes. You can get certain dress shoes with heels that are higher than normal, I just don't think they refer to them like that.

It also initially threw me for a loop because I was like, wait, isn't this a guy?

Ricland, who really knows why your best friend is treated better than you. Maybe it's because he plays into the stereotype, tall black athletic guy with white girl. Who knows, but I think you should be real with your height. I don't know if you should go out looking for a 'real' girl if you're not being real with her yourself. Hence why you're attracting bad company.

I've given up trying to engage in meaningful dialogue with the idiots in this forum. I ask a thought-provoking question and all these morons do is respond with short jokes.

Well forgive me for my misspelling of 'heels' earlier.

I think it's hard for people to be serious on this forum, or maybe they didn't know that you were being serious. People also get distracted a lot regardless of the topic. I say, just be yourself. Generally that will produce the best results.

Yeah, so I just randomly happened upon this topic and I read this statement that is so moronic retarded it needs to addressed. Sorry, but you arean idiot. Either that or you're a woman, which is not much better, but whatever.

Women don't like deception? Well then...
Let's see what you really look like under all that foundation, eyeliner, lipstick, and mascara...
What? You've dyed your hair how many times since you were 12?...
Geez, you have long nails... No wait, those are fake too!...
Oh my gosh, your butt and boobs look bigger, your lips look plumper, your nose is perfect, and wow you've lost a lot of weight! What plastic surgeon did you go to?!

Shell, you are a fool if you believe that women are so angelic and would never succumb to something so horrible as deception.

LOL...first of all I'm a guy. Second, I was implying in no way that women are "angelic". I didn't go deeper into my explaination because I wanted to gauge where the OP's head was at....if he would've asked me for specifics, I would've broken the game down to him.

Since you took the time to flame me...fair enough...I'll clarify. Women for the most part don't like deceit of any kind, as long as they are the ones doing the deceiving. As far as wearing make up, fake nails or whatever is concerned...women for the most part don't see this as being deceitful but justify it as just looking presentable. Make-up is their "war paint" in this game of love and I see nothing wrong with that. Women have been putting on make-up to attract men for ages...like men have been putting on the "alpha male" persona to attract females...it's nothing new and it won't go away. No offense to women but most women "justify" everything they do...good or bad. Why do you think women file for divorce 2/3rds of the time? What do you think the words "irreconsilable differences" mean?...it usually means, the woman got tired of your ass and you have NO IDEA why. Why do you think women can say one thing and then turn around and do the complete opposite?...lord I love them. This is why I look past the make-up, her body and words. Instead, I look at her ACTIONS....this is it for now. I hope this helps you.

In defense, men use to wear makeup too. They even wore the powdered wigs. They get their nails done. They even get their eyebrows waxed. Grooming is not deceit. This is deceit...what do you mean he's your husband? He told me you were dead!*** She's pregnant!!!! You said you hadn't slept with her.*** What do you mean you are at your moma's house? I'm sitting in your moma's driveway right now.

* understand?

You people are just addressing one part of the question. Maybe it's because you're all tall.
That's possible.
But you're all not good-looking so what would explain why you ignore that second part of the question-- you're all ugly sob's and can't relate to it, right?
Ok, so real good-looking guys no matter their height get no heat when they date white girls.
Why is this...?
Pretend you're good-looking and answer.
ricland
Ric, believe it or not the best compliment I ever heard from a woman was when she told her friend I was ugly. Mind you, this girl was maybe a 3 on a scale of 1-10. I laughed. It was also a time in my life that I was feeling low about myself...it was my low period. It was weird but I felt liberated!! I accepted all my short comings and became more confident and started dressing better. I started working out. The next time I hung out with that girl, I was cool to her but put her on the back-burner right to her face....she was all over me after that. My attitude was, "She thinks I'm ugly...what do I have to lose?"

The key is to get your home game right...get yourself right first and be confident you are a catch. Then it's time you campaign for cooperating females in the right "choosing spots." You canvasing for women in the wrong spots is like you being a Democrat spitting game at a Republicans convention....you'll never get chosen...no matter how tight your convo is.

but to a serious response to the thread. it has to be a north/south thing. i live in the south now but when i lived in the north, i dated several white women. one was relatively short, about 5'4, the other was about 5'6, but the 3rd was like 5'11!! and i'm not vain here i'm just an average looking guy 5'7. so height is not that big deal. yeah many women like tall, but women hate deception, especially on 1st meetings. stop frontin with the height, be yourself...5'9 is by no means a midget..just be happy being you.

LOL...first of all I'm a guy.
Hence my statement,'Sorry, but you arean idiot. Either that or you're a woman,' Can you not read as well?
Second, I was implying in no way that women are "angelic".
From you, "Here's the deal...women don't like deception of any kind."
Since you took the time to flame me...fair enough...I'll clarify.
Clarify?... You must've meant change your argument because someone pointed out the moronic fallacies in your last one?
As far as wearing make up, fake nails or whatever is concerned...women for the most part don't see this as being deceitful but justify it as just looking presentable.
Another one of your quotes, "...as not being deceptive but what you think don't matter" Wow. I literally don't even have to answer you with my own words because all I have to do is throw up one of your previous statements.

If you've ever been around one you would know that women are the most deceitful creatures on the planet.

Of course, you being a woman, would bring up a topic that has nothing at all to do with the current one. Next.
Grooming is not deceit.
What? Hopefully Shell and you never hit it off and have kids, because that would be bad.

You got part of it right... grooming is taking a shower, washing your hair, shaving, etc. Making yourself look like a completely different person through make-up, however, or completely renovating your outer appearance through plastic surgery is not 'grooming', sweetheart.

http://seehere.blogspot.com/2006/08/celebriti...

Check that website out. Trust me, it'll make you less of an idiot.
This is deceit...
No, moron, that is called lying. Deceit is 'the intentional intent to mislead people' which is what women do everyday, BEFORE any guy has a chance to have an affair or lie about any situation.

That's all irrelevant, though, as nowhere did anyone state that men 'don't like deception of any kind.'

Daily Horoscope for December 2

Cancer

The Gemini Full Moon triggers your twelfth house of subconscious matters, Cancer. Dreams you have during this time reveal much about your psychological state. If you have been under a great deal of pressure in your work or with health concerns lately, it's time to go on a spiritual retreat. If a vacation isn't feasible, consider turning off the television for a few days and enjoy the silence.
