I've only been to Brixton once in my life but I'm guessing it isn't much different to where I grew up.<quoted text> I can't i just can't., Bigsmoke, come and tell the Americans about Brixton on a Satuday night, if it was Wednesday i could more understand.
It's actually not as bad as the media may portray today. You wont see gangsters/street thugs in public anymore really. London is CCTV capital of the world we have cameras everywhere monitoring us I can't leave my house without being on one. So they must know to do their stuff low key hence you don't really see them.
Also I know if you appear to have anything which looks like a gun on my road armed response unit will be in your face waving MP5s in 5 minutes. Same for every other gun hotspot in London.
