The GHANAIANS in GHANA see them as BEING FOREIGN based GHANAIANS, and they SEE their OFFSPRING born in AMERICA as being AMERICANS.

As for the AFRICAN CHAMBERS of COMMERCE comment, well, ALL IMMIGRANTS or the VAST MAJORITY of IMMIGRANTS, no matter where U come from, IDENTIFY with their HOMELAND first.
