Do you like shy and quiet people?

I have nothing against the shy & quiet. I'm more likely to appraoch a reserved woman as opposed to one who is all over the place seeking attention.

I sure do! I feel more comfortable approaching them than I do with a loud person. Besides shy people tend to be nice most of the time and that's why I have no problem nor fear of approaching them, unless they have mean looks on their face.:(

I do I actually really get along with those kind of people and I kinda open them up even more.

How so? You don't know that for sure. Who knows, maybe he/she may have an interesting personality once you get to know them some more or did you consider the possibility that shy people are the way they are around people they don't know but aren't once they are around their friends like I am?

thanks mack the great.....it is true shy people do tend to show an interesting personality once people get to know them.I'm just like you once i'm around my friends......they get so shocked when they see my crazy side but I never yell or talk loud though in fact they say i'm speak softly. Is this a good thing? I'm shy epecially around guys, I can't even talk to them or look at them most of the time otehrwise I will just say the stupidest things :( lolz

so true I have a veryy loud friend and she kinda opens me up but then i'm still shy lol. I don't know why.....I guess it is just my personality.

..so i don't mind them

but I dont associate with the super quiet

and awkward people who just don't talk period

I got introduced to somebody that was shy.'til this day, everytime I see her, it seems like we're strangers. Even when we go out anywhere...there nothing there!! she sooooo shy and its boring.

Im shy then give me a cuple of min. then you'll have to shut me up :/

Shy people don't bother me. It is the ones that goes on and on and on about themselves, and you can't get a word in edge wise. Geez.

My dad is like that. He's 1000 years old, and all he talks about is HIM and his accomplishments - which really are that many. However, he stretches the truth. How do you tell your dad to "STFU"?

Conversations and friendships should be 50/50. Let everyone bring something to the table.

You're welcome AfrSn.;0:)Theres nothing wrong wih speaking softly as long as they can hear you as I had a former coworker of mine that was into anime like me and spoke in a low tone of voice I couldn't understand at times. There's nothing wrong with being shy around guys especially when you find one you have a crush on. I guess your shyness around them stems from the fact that you don't know what to talk about around them hence you being a female and all. No offense!LOL!;):)
