I had an horrible awful experience in an buffet where this lady give me an terrible attitude as soon as she seen my face when entering the place. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to eat in or to go, like she did the other white people. She gave me a nasty stare as i came to the counter I could not believe this. I was like "hello". She was like" want do you want!" There were no black people in here either. I told her what i wanted, and she mocked me. I said that was mean, and as I left she said she hate when N come in here. Has anybody ever been discriminated in a place like that, or a similar experience?

Why didnt you just kick the buffet over and walk out, Geez.

My husband took his good friend that was Black to a Cuban cafe (my husband frequently ate there) for lunch and they were treated like dookie...

I have to say Fillipinos, Japanese, and other SE Asians including Polynesians are the least racist Asians based on my experiences and other black folks interactions with them.

That was really rude of that person. Sorry that happened to you. Racism will never end.

I’m surprised that anyone chose Koreans as the least racist Asian ethnic group, and that was a truly awful experience Lance that you went through. That woman is out of her mind (somehow she’s better) did you eat at that restaurant?

The media has created such hate towards men of color. In asia they are so brainwashed in believing the negative stereo types as it pertains to men of color. Lance you should never give that place your business and if you do, record your experience.

It was a Chinese buffet, called New China. It is located in Sparanburg SC.

Hey, My Japanese friend from high school told me that Koreans hatred for blacks is linked to their inferiority complex they had towards the Japanese because of past war crimes. So that explains how that beef between us got started.

You might be right because at my work, Filipino are very nice people towards blacks. That is my observation. But I am not sure about other Asian people such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc... I can not comment on them on how they are. But there are few I believe who are Friendly too :)

Oh NorthEast Asians look down on SE Asians because of their economic status. Also Indonesians and Malaysians are racist too. Singaporeans are nice along with Polynesians too.
