I have been working out alot lately (jogging, walking, etc).
I developed as a result a rash on my inner thigh.
Nurse told me to lift my skirt up and put a white sheet over myself.
I did. She left the room.
The doctor came into the room to look at the rash.
He told me to lay back and put my feet in the stirrups.
When I did he put his hands under my skirt and grabbed me by waist an skooted me down the exam table.
I thought this was weird.

Oh I get it now, you're seeking some measure of validation from this pack of misfits here on Topix for when you file your sexual misconduct lawsuit, you want answers to you phony legal question, go get an attorney, better yet, practice regular hygiene & you wont get rashes down there, ugh.

It didn't seem inappropriate, but if it made you uncomfortable maybe it was, but from the description, he might have just wanted a better view

Report him. If not, then at least get another doctor. I've heard of doctors doing strange things like that with young woman without explaining what he's about to do. If you felt uncomfortable with it, then it was wrong, plane and simple.

I recently had a doctor, one of the most well known in his field, do some strange mess with me, and I'm a man. I first seen him in 2006, however I only seen him about 4 times since then, up until recently. He was one of the coolest doctors I met. I can think of only two reasons for his in attitude. Either he didn't want to get involved with writing a doctor letter for me again, or because I had to set him straight when he accused me of canceling my previous appointment with his office with an attitude, without a long enough notice. Why he would catch an attitude with me anyway because I cancelled an appoint, which was within normal notice time, I don't know...perhaps he picked this as an excuse to cause friction. A third reason could be he was pressed for money.

Anyway, I didn't back down from him. I told him it wasn't my style to cancel an appointment in that manner. Meanwhile, I told him, I'd cancel again, if I felt I had to. At any rate, he confessed that he didn't mean to say I sounded like I had an attitude. I remembered telling his office after receiving 2 calls, that I had some legal things going on, and that I would call them to schedule an appointment. I may have been stern, but I was not rude. He tried to tell me that I said, "Don't call me, I'll call you". That may have been the bottom line, but I didn't say it like that, and I made that clear that I didn't. And like I said, he confessed that I didn't, and that he was just reading the note left by his receptionist. But the whole thing should not have been an issue, especially since I made it there for this appointment.

So all throughout that appointment, he began treating me like some of these other white arrogant doctors, which was very much unlike him. I mean he was cutting me off, and pretending like he was paying me very little mind as though he were examining somebody in their twenties. These were the same reasons that I dropped my previous white doctor. But I held on to this doctor here because of his reputation, and because he was one of the coolest doctors I met. But he was acting way to cold this time. Then he began sticking the scope in my ear. Although he's an ENT doctor, my nasals was my problem, and he never stuck anything in my ear before. I just know it felt a little painful, plus I felt a little unconformable with it, after having our little dispute, and I beginning to think he knew it. I think he may have even had a slight smirk on his face. It felt like his message was, never argue with the white doctor who got the power to hurt you. If that was his message, than that wasn't a cool message to be giving a patient.

What put me over was this 30 day follow-up. Not only did he act like he wasn't listening, but this time when he examined my ear, he leaned over and I felt his penis actually rubbing my knee cap, and it stayed there. I think he had that same slight smirk on his face. I pretty much knew I wasn't coming back to see him again, accident or no accident. I remember right before I left, I pulled a note of questions out of my pocket that I had been meaning to ask him. He looked a little frightened all of a sudden, as though I was going to pull out a weapon. That made me that much surer that he was messing with me, and for a second he thought it was payback time for him. That should teach him not to play with a grown man again.

Sometimes the best doctor isn't the best doctor for you. If he can't respect your person or your body, you don't need him. I cancelled my follow up last month, and I feel so much better. He's not the only good doctor.

I see you also started an earlier thread about this same doctor giving you a rectal exam & you felt that was inappropriate too since you claim that you are only 30 years old & that procedure should only be performed on women who are 50 years or older, what is your real problem here outside of your obvious mental instability? You looking to sue this doctor under false pretenses & get much needed cash? You trying to convince the entire free world that you are so desirable that this doctor are willing to risk everything just to molest you? or are you just a Topix troll? Either way your rather dubious stories are really creepy.
To be fair I think doctors get away with a lot. I remember when I was younger a pediatrician did things I thought were inappropriate with my mom in the room, and I asked her about it later and even she thought it was odd. Not touching me or anything but things that made it seem like he might like little kids.

A male gynecologist, it's his job to finger women and mess with their vaginas. He could pretty much do whatever he wanted to for his own enjoyment and no one really suspect anything.
