Top US, Afghan diplomats meet on security pact
U.S. Deputy Secretary of State William Burns met with the Afghan foreign minister in Kabul on Saturday to hammer out the details of a key pact signed a year ago that defines the future of the U.S. commitment to Afghanistan, amid uncertainty that either party will be willing or able to keep to its provisions.
