WTF? Are we supposed to believe this? How on earth could they find out who carried out the attacks, let alone locate and apprehend them?

You can probably be labelled a weapons dealer now for selling batteries that trigger the homemade remote dets. Probably some hapless diary owner scapegoated for political points.
