It is time to start suing the hell out of those
snowmobile manufacturers.

Those machines are killing our Wisconsin neighbors
each and every winter. They lure you into one of
those and once you are hooked you will ride until
an accident happens.

Toy makers and crib makers are being sued for
millions each year why not the snowmobile makers!

Lets see, it seems that the snowmobilers are traveling east in the westbound shoulder against traffic at 1:00 A.M. Dagger can you find this a little over the top stupid if you are a snowmobiler?

You're an idiot. All of the snowmobilers in this incident need to be ticketed as soon as possible, even the dead one. The driver of the car needs to sue all of the people on the snowmobiles. If you cannot operate a snowmobile in a safe, legal manner, if you die, it's your own fault.

Snowmobiles are not 'street legal' and have no business being on a roadway for any reason except for 'safely' crossing it. Ticket them for being on the roadway. Had they been in the ditch where they belong, they wouldn't have been hit.

It's a sad situation for all involved. The snowmobiles did not belong on the shoulder. Had they not been where they did not belong, inuuries and death would not have occured. I apoligize for my previous, flippant comment. I stand by the words in this reply.
