Skate park rolls to Cesar Chavez Park in Laveen site instead of downtown Phoenix

A donated skate park that was expected to be installed at Margaret T. Hance Park over Interstate 10 in downtown Phoenix will instead go to Cesar Chavez Park in Laveen, disappointing skateboarders who had hoped they would finally have a place downtown to skate.
