Pasadena's first housing tract gets landmark status

A small subdivision of 23 tract houses, built in the middle of nowhere by two developers who had a hard time selling them has become the centerpiece of the city's latest historic district.

This is NOT Pasadena's first tract development. It's no where NEAR the first. Come on guys... you can do better, even the blocks of Bungalow Heaven the place where the modern tract housing development was invented, are not Pasadena's first tract development. This is a nice little tract, but TOTALLY insignificant historically and Architecturally.
