A relatively uneventful practice on an otherwise gorgeous day up here in Renton.
Hasselbeck, Locklear both limited in practice
While the Seattle Seahawks listed both quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and offensive tackle Sean Locklear as limited in practice on their injury report to the league following Wednesday's workout, the two veterans are in far different situations heading into this weekend's game against Detroit.
Seahawks coach Jim Mora joked that Friday was a special day because everyone--aside from the three players on injured reserve--practiced without limitation today.
