Aaron Rodgers can't be blamed if his focus is a little on Favre. After all, there are many Packer fans that refuse to move on. I'm sure Rodgers has noticed that the press and fans spend more time talking about the last guy than about him. Who wouldn't resent that?

Why wouldnt the geenbay fans talk more about Favre then Aaron, What has Aaron done for them but have a 6 & 10 season. To have lost 7 games by 4 points or less, NOT what you call the come back kid. It does look like a over paid 2nd string QB. GO VIKINGS

Aa Rod may have the California cool thing going for him, but inside he's more nervous than he has ever been prior to a game. Any quarterback in his situation, with potentially the biggest MNF audience in history, would feel the same.

He was probably practicing his speech for
5 weeks....I don't believe anything that
any Packer said....Favre knows what to do
to win....if every Viking plays with that
goal they should come out winners.....
they have to play at a higher level because
the other teams they will face such as the
Steelers and Giants will be a lot tougher
than the Packers....Let's go Vikings......
Focus...no penalties....protect Favre!!!!!

The Cheeseball Players are the ones that will need protection when they get theirs on Monday night. You probably would like to join them.

As a Viking fan, you are really in a no win situation this season. If Farve doesn't take you to a Super bowl win, the season would be considered a failure. If he does take you to a Super Bowl win, you will forever have to admit that it took an ex-Packer (who will undoubtably go into the Hall as a Packer)to get it done for you. That's got to be a tough pill to swallow.

Any Viking fan that honestly thinks Favre is a better qb than Rodgers at this point in their respective careers is delusional.

Please tell us where you have seen or heard people saying Favre is a better quarterback that Rodgers at this point. Rodgers wasn't available, Favre was.

Favre isn't even the second best QB in the division, Cutler is.

You must have misunderstood the story and the comments here. The story is about Brett Farvre former quarterback at Atlanta, Green Bay and the Jets and now with the Vikings, and the quarterback that replaced him in Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers.

I understand the story, I was just stating an opinion. I guess you know how I feel who is better.

He's going to need more than California cool to win this game, how many has it won for him so far?
This game will be played at a fevered pitch, with only the strongest and most skillful coming out on top.
The tone needs to be set early, then the nastiness can take it's course.
The Vikings have a bulletin board full of snippets from gb about how they will hit Favre, let's see who controls the line of scrimmage. Don't blow it now Klink, LOL.

IF Favre wins this game,he will be the first qb in history to beat every team in the NFL! Not bad,to bad Brett will have to come back next year for that record as he wont win Monday night, and good luck winning at Lambeau

Actually, he already is the first QB to have beaten every team in the NFL. Didn't you see his last game as a Packer in the NFC Championship?
