The Philadelphia Eagles placed linebacker Omar Gaither on injured reserve Wednesday and signed running back P.J. Hill from the New Orleans Saints' practice squad.Gaither suffered a Lisfranc sprain in his foot in the team's 13-9 loss to Oakland two weeks ago and will miss the rest of the regular season.
