I'm sure that Nick is thrilled with Greg's deal. Nick is anticipating a similarly big contract. The locker room attitude may change significantly if TT doesn't continue to pay out big money.

Im sure Nick is happy for GJ,problem might be Collins isn't in that elite category as much as GJ is.If Nick thinks he deserves GJ money and TT doesn't think so,there is obviously going to be a problem.

If Nick doesn't get what he feels he deserves (regardless of the amount) there will be a problem. The GJ deal is going to be one of the measuring sticks that Nick uses in determining whether the Packers truly appreciate his contributions. Nobody wants to be treated "unfairly." The price of what is "fair" went up with Jenning's deal.

question is what is he worth? Collins was a probowler last year,but,he didn't play all that well the year before.Safeties and corners are big bucks,but,is Collins worth it?If you are right about a fair price going up now,then i can see a major problem coming up.Kampman,Clifton,Pickett are all going to be big priced FA after this year so Ted has to fiqure either who is more valuable,or what pieces can be replaced easiest.

I wish someone else was making those decisions. Turd Thompson has been making those decisions for the last four years. The result is a losing record and only one playoff appearance.
