While the Packers prep their shiny new 3-4 defense that they stole right out of the '90s from the Steelers, the Bengals are quietly fine tuning their pass-rush package with some of those same concepts that have tortured them down through the years in Pittsburgh, Baltimore, New England and where ever else the 3-4 has blitzed their heart out.
