We've got DEPTH at LB with a great mix of vets and young bucks.

What......Who would of thought a veteran would have something to share with rookies.

It's time to get excited again!! Players are talking like team mates and not individuals (like T.O. would). The mood is very upbeat. This is fun to watch!

then you have , Charlie Anderson, Tearrius George, Orion Martin (R)Quentin Moses. there's not enough olb position to go around maybe they move one of these guy's to ilb??

Don't forget about Ayodele, man! Yes, I'd like to see one of them move to ILB as well and for the same reasons you stated the other day regarding Torbor filling in for Crowder last year. We really are looking good this year to be sure!

yeah akin ayodele is a lock no question!!!

at ilb we have starters Channing Crowder, Akin Ayodele,coming off the bench Reggie Torbor ,William Kershaw, J.D. Folsom
william kershaw is nothing more than a very good special team's player,. Crowder will likely continue to serve as the team's every down linebacker, It's unlikely Torbor has what it takes to push Ayodele for his starting spot, Folson will likely compete with Kershaw for a spot on the practice squad.

The mere thought of EVER trading Matt Roth sickens me

Roth and Simply the Bess are the most underrated players on the team

Reason why Roth has only 5 sacks is because Matt is a RUN STOPPING MACHINE

Not in on pass rushing unless by pure chance

Roth wont be going anywhere for the next 5 years... Expect him to get a new contract before the start of the next FA period... I dont think they will work such a long term deal, but we darn well know they will keep re-upping him as long as he is productive. That should last right up until hes ready to retire...

roth is a good run stopper no doubt,but why not consider a trade depending on what we would get in return, i'm wondering what he's worth! we are loaded at olb, maybe we pickup ellis! how about a 1st rd pick for roth!! i'm wondering if he would fetch that.
