With so much offense given up, how did the Raiders beat the Chiefs?

It is the mother of football statistical anomalies. One cursory glance at the stat sheet, where you'd see Kansas City rolling for 409 yards of offense while compiling 25 first downs and holding the ball for 38 minutes, 39 seconds, and you'd logically conclude the Chiefs dominated the Raiders on Sunday.
