Offensive Guard Chad Rinehart signs on with the San Diego Chargers and is reunited with Offensive Line Coach Joe D'Alessandris. The first new Charger of the day is Chad Rinehart , an Offensive Guard who has been mostly a practice squad player since signing on with the Buffalo Bills in 2010.
