Singletary upbeat about Smith's performance

As it turns out, the game film was kinder to Alex Smith than the stats sheet. A day after Smith had four crushing turnovers during a 34-27 loss to the Tennessee Titans, coach Mike Singletary had mostly praise for his starting quarterback.
