In just a short stretch, Tom Cable went from an NFL offensive line coach with a stellar reputation to being on the brink of another failed Raiders head coach.A He just might add a rap sheet to his resume as well.

Here's the answers...
1. Stick with Cable as head coach for 2 more seasons
2. Cut Jamarcus Russell this offseason and draft Colt McCoy, Sam Bradford, or Tim Teebow
3. Solidify the OL; Keep Gallery and Henderson, but cut Green, Carlisle and Satelle. Morris is a good back up; but draft a C, G, and T.
4. Find another shut down corner to start opposite of Nnamdi Asomugha; Chris Johnson is not playing like he did last year.
5. Find another OLB to go with Morrison and Howard.

First and foremost Davis most relinquish absolute control of all things Raider.
