Return to Lambeau Field is a home run for Brett Favre

Full story: Twincities.com

Hey, Green Bay, who's your daddy? Come on, you can say it. Who's the boss? First name begins with a B ... Brett Favre returned to the scene of his greatest triumphs on Sunday and, yes, he got a rough reception and, yes, it shook him up a bit.

Your right Tom... Favre does have too much class to take it to them, but you did a pretty good job yourself... thanks!

As a long-suffering Viking fan, it is great to see the team finally playing up to their potential. They really do have to work on 3rd and 4th quarter play though. The offense can't go all conservative on play calling and the defense can't sit back on their heels. Oh, and hold on to the damn ball!!

As a lifelong Packer fan, I'm absolutely disgusted with the behavior of Green Bay's mayor and so-called fans! If you're a fan, you're a fan for life ... not a bandwagon fan. Take your negativity and crying towels and move to New York if you're gonna be losers!

What does it take for the Vikings to win? A Green Bay quarterback and a Green Bay kicker. Last year it was a Green Bay defensive back and a Green Bay receiver. The Vikings can't do it alone without help from Green Bay.

Packer fans, it's a business, get over it. A lot of players switch teams. Show some class.

They don't play for the packers anymore, numbskull. Players move all over the league, all the time. The most important season is the current season. Get over it.

Wow! This is fast karma! After all that Favre did for GB and the Packers,'fans' were still $hi++y to a man who was just doing what we all do--looking for the place he was supposed to be at this time in his life. I do like that opening "who's your daddy"? The vulgar, childish jerks had it coming. bte I'm no Favre fan, but I respect what he has done on and off the field.

To both groups of fans - it is only a game. The Packer fans boo him for the same reasong the Vikings fans used to boo him. If you are dumb enough to commit to building a new stadium just because of one year ( which buy the way is just half done) just to keep the Vikings in town I think you deserve to pay higher taxes. Someday watch the movie "It's a Bronx Tale" and see what the comment is about Mickey Mantle. I think you will get my drift. It's a business that benefits only the owners, players and those that can AFFORD go buy season tickets.

I know the Twins and the Gophers are in new stadiums but the team that really needs a new stadium are the Vikings. I know the Industry Hills California has been cleared to build a new stadium and soon will be looking for a team. Let's hope it's not the Vikings. I couldn't root for them out here. Just like I can't root for the Lakers after they moved out of Minnesota

What does it take for a Vikings win?? Acquiring good football players from wherever they came from (Jets, Green Bay, Seattle, etc.). And most of all a head coach, GM and owner that knows how to go out and get those said players and not dumb enough to give any of them up when they are still one of the best in the league!

What does it take for the Packer to loose?? Don't do any of the above, which you have.

A green bay qb? No sir-- he was an Atlanta quarterback. You can thank Atlanta for drafting him and by luck GB landed him in a package trade a year later.
It's been a few years, but it looks like there's still some Moss in the endzone.

If you're concerned about finding the cash for what usually turns out be an expensive month, the New Moon is the time to start on a budget or some other financial strategy.
