Bengals restricted free agent receiver Andrew Hawkins has agreed in principal to a long-term deal with the Browns, but the Bengals can match it, his agent, Craig Schaeffer told cleveland.com.

When/if he does, the Bengals will have a few days to match the offer. If not, Cincinnati receives no compensation because Hawkins is a restricted free agent who was given the lowest tender.
