I do not remember that game; however, Martin should have been ejected from the league. That was uncalled for. As a Packer fan, I think the Packers and Bears have respect for each other when the play each other, at least I hope they do.

I remember it well. It was a cheap shot. It was uncalled for. However, he didn't deserve ejection from the league. As I recall, he was punished appropriately at the time. If you want to create a new level of punishment for a cheap shot, why stop at ejection from the league? Why not execute him?

I do remember the game. If I recall he had a "hit list" on his towel and the next number up was jimmy's. Maybe you guys don't live anywhere near IL... but those people suck. And they suck the most when they are circle-jerking about the '85 bears. I love that this guy did it if for no other reason than providing me a great story for all the bandwagon riding bears fans. "Yeah, yeah yeah...'85 bears... my favorite year was '86 when charles martin body slammed Jim McMahon, effectively stopping the SuperBowl repeat".

And now Charles Martin is deservedly dead. God took him for that cheap shot because Jesus is a Bears fan.
