It's the same nearly every year since Ted Thompson became GM. By mid season we fans must lower our expectations in order to pretend that it has been a successful season. Then, by the end of the year, we are watching the playoffs without the Packers participation.

Despite TT's pattern of losing and failure, many fans still believe in him. I give TT credit. He has convinced many people to to be happy with failure. He has created a very pervasive and effective culture of losing.

I am not a huge fan of Favre and his waffling...that said, I am starting to follow you GBPgan.

Note: I dont hate TT but as I said at the beginning of the season, if the Packers dont improve (and I meant being a playoff contender)

What really kills me is that this Packers Team...one of the youngest in the league for the fourth straight year, should have been rebuilt by now.

Veteran leadership is missing in my opinion. This is directly related to TT.

What is unacceptable are the penalties and the lapses in concentration that I see over and over again.(Coaching?)

Something needs to change.

First off get rid of Jackson, trade him to who ever picked up Sutton. Thompson for Holmgren. And Dungy for M.M. look for a decent back up for Rogers before is killed back there. because we don't have one.

Are the people that haven't posted comments satisfied? Are any Packer fans satisfied? If so, TT's culture of losing is more entrenched and pervasive than I feared.
