Good morning, banh mi

The word "banh mi" made the Oxford English Dictionary in 2011, so it's official in the lexicon as well as in our culinary world. Of course, this "po' boy" of Vietnamese food had been around for eons in Southeast Asia, and now we see it more and more in our own Seacoast restaurants, so I really should explain what it is - and what it's become.
