About five years ago a friend told me he was eager to roast and serve the turducken he had ordered from a local poulterer for Christmas.

A turducken is a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey. A Cthurkey is an octopus stuffed inside a turkey and garnished with crab legs and bacon.
