Teen charged in auto accident that killed two Randolph HS seniors

RANDOLPH - An unnamed juvenile has been charged with two counts of death by auto and one count of assault by auto in the July 26 accident that killed two Randolph teenagers, according to Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp. Jack Timmerman and Calvin Verduga, both 17-year-old high school seniors and football players at Randolph High, were passengers in the car when it failed to negotiate a turn and headed off the right side of the road at 1:35 p.m., according to Timmerman's mother.
