Army awards Oshkosh Corp. $1 billion contract
The U.S. Army on Tuesday announced it has awarded Oshkosh Corp. a $1.06 billion order for 2,244 of the company's mine resistant all-terrain vehicles, or M-ATV's. The fixed-price order, contracted through the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Command in Warren, Mich, includes basic issue items, field service support and parts packages.
