Yes, as an official celebrity, your endorsment has just made up my mind for me...

... that you're a creeper for using your celebrity status to push your politics. Just because you're a successful entertainer doesn't mean you have a clue about real life, or that your opinion matters any more than anyone else's. In fact being ultra-rich and surrounded by hype wherever you go puts you into fantasyland, IMO.

...and that whomever you're endorsing needs a REAL close second and third look from me before I get behind him/her, because anyone that a celebrity endorses obviously appeals to people who don't live in the real world.

Obama is too liberal for me so I will not vote for him. Hanks is entitled to endorse any candidate he choses. I am also entitled to never pay money to watch any of his films.

Thanks, Tom ... one more "court jester" adding his political personality to the mix.

Is it a "Forest Gump" flashback?

They are all hypocrats.....They may have talent, and are entertaining, and get paid huge salary for it...thats OK

But to become people to follow as intellectual leaders about anything? I do not know. Most are dysfunctional, with very personnel problems which are very public!

You want good advice about anything? Ask a cab driver.

This clip shows our beloved movie stars in their battles against global warming....Well maby i would do the same, but I'd keep my mouth shut about anything Green!

What is an "official celebrity"?. Does he get a medal or something to honor him as a war hero. After all, he was the HERO of his last movie (Can't remember the name). Tom Hanks is a true American making $ millions from you jerks who go and actully watch his crap. I did give him some cudoes for his portrayal of a "crippled nut" in Gump. He really played the part well. Maybe he is a crippled nut, which made it that much easier?(Aside to all crippled people--did not mean to demean you with my description of this idiot. Sorry!!!) I think Mr. Tom Hanks belongs in the garbage pit along with his Hollywood "good-for-nothing" friends. I'd like to donate $10,000 to buy a backhoe to dig the pit. Any more real offerers? Step forward and become involved.

GOD BLESS AMERICA! Except those scumbag Hollywoods.

Or this could be an attempt by a celebrity whose better days are behind them to get their name back on the front page.

Madonna does it every decade or so by 're-inventing' herself. Janet Jackson did it with the Superbowl halftime show. Why not Tom Hanks getting some press by backing a guy with a lot of nice-sounding words and little experience?

Hey Leslie! Lighten up a little. Do you really think these idiot comments mean anything?
If you want the facts fairly presented, go to FOX News. Learn what the truth is. Skip the "SPIN". Leave these wackoes in the dust. If John Wayne were still here, he'd be "PUTTIN EM IN THE GROUND". All this stuff is kind of funny, in a sick way. "AMERICA IS THE FUTURE OF THE WORLD" No one is willing to take on the problems like us. Yet! We are so sensitive to their thoughts, that we begin to believe them. As an example: I wanted to ask all you Frenchies out there if you enjoyed the "CINCO DE MAYO" celebrations? What a disgusting country France is. You should be licking our boots for the number of times we bailed you out. A thank-you! Kidding, the french are the most powerfull bunch of Queers in the universe. And their wine stinks!!! And what's with this effiel(sorry, the spelling is wrong, but it was this or, "iful", tower thing. What was the reason all that good scrap iron could have been used to build something useful, like a cell for all you nuts. Wake up, you guys have been living in the times of powdered hair and colored fingernails for too long. You can't even win your own fixed bicycle race. Maybe you can move it to outer Russia where those guys really know how to ride. Aftr all, it's been their chief means of transportation for 4 decades.

Wow! I really like your spunk. However, I must go to work at the local TACO BELL to supplant my meager SS income. I think I will reenter the USA illegaly. I found out they get more in aid and medical help then me and my poor wife. I really would like you "SPUNKY" people to do something productive for your parants and Grandparants while they are still alive. All that money you save by not paying to watch those queer idiots should be given over to the people that should mean a lot to you. Put your $ where your mouth is, or get off this site.

WOW! Just got a call from my boss, a 19 yr old Broe who axed if I would work an extra few hours tonight. Seems he and his "gang" are doing the revenge thing and He must be there or they will call him WHITEY. I suppose the extra $20 bucks for the 2 hours will allow us to buy some medicine that is given free to the Mex's but cost me only 13.50 with the Bush plan. I really admire Pres. Bush. After all, He did spend $30 Trillion to beat up a bunch of ragheads who can't even use a toilet. I feel much safer now, because I know it will be the Broes that will hold up my shop instead of the ragheads. I read the other day, that we have spent over $40 trillion to try to make the blacks a decent society, and so far we have only spent $30 trillion to kill the Ragheads. Boy! If we could only spend that money on us WHITES. Well, it's off to TACO Bell to make Tacoes. Christ I hate them things.

I think it is crazy how these super rich actors can afford to vote for a socialist heavy taxing liberal racist because it doesn't affect them they live in their own fantasy world behind the hollywood walls. They think life is a movie.

Wow, Go Tom! Good Job! It's helpful to point out what's right for the times, so to speak and, America's #1 actor, is perfect for pointing out exactly what's appropriate for the nation right now and, what's current.
