Dr. Bill Elliott: Acetaminophen, feverish kids may not mix after immunization

Full story: Marin Independent Journal

MODERN VACCINES have eliminated the most common childhood illnesses and have dramatically improved infant mortality rates in the past 50 years, but parents often are alarmed by the number of vaccines their children must receive.

Interested to know, if this would be the same when giving children Tylenol when they are sick with fever (assoc. with illness, not vaccine). Sometimes I feel bad, but I often let my son suffer through a fever, as long as he is not completely out of it, the theory being that the fever is what is working to kill off the virus/bacteria. IS their immunity to a virus/bacteria hampered if they take Tylenol or Motrin when they have the actual illness ??

Maybe before taking your child to the doctor for a vaccination you should watch this video. It is Robert Kennedy speaking about just how toxic vaccinations are and how they can harm your child permantently . The pharmaceutical companies are into making money and care little about your health or the health of your child. As a matter of fact they don't mind poisoning you to make more money. I personally am tired of the media including the IJ and doctors like the one who wrote the article shoving vaccinations down all of our throats. VACCINATIONS are NOT good for you!

The problem (which the article is correct that supressing the immune system with acetaminophen is working against the vaccine) is the fact that vaccine producers continue to rely on adjuvants added to them. These many chemicals are meant to boost and stimulate an infections reaction to essentially amplify the immune response. There is great factual controversy in their use, one that should be in our national discussion. I am not anti-vaccine per se, but the reality is now people are educating and becoming more aware of what these are and what is being given to their kids.

Fever is NOT a disease; It only becomes a problem above 41 degrees celsuis, when brain damage occurs.

Are these the people you want treating you or you are going to trust to write an honest article for the media? Don't Kaiser is all about the money so their Thrive commercials and articles in the Marin IJ are pure horse by product.

http://lyme.kaiserpapers.info/index.html#Prop...

"An upper-level Kaiser employee explained to me why Kaiser will not help Lyme disease victims. This person, and the spouse of this person, both have chronic Lyme disease. They have to go to a non-Kaiser doctor for treatment and pay out-of-pocket. This person explained that Kaiser views Lyme disease in the same context as AIDS only that Lyme disease is far more common and the risk exposure far greater. AIDS has been and is a large cash drain for Kaiser and they don’t want to repeat the experience. So their solution is not to diagnose in the first place or to severely limit Lyme diagnoses. This explanation is consistent with Kaiser’s behavior – it’s about money."

It might be - fever enhances white blood cell killing activity. A fever below 103 is NOT dangerous

You know what they say about this being the season of goodwill to all men? Well, you get the chance to put it into action today by being understanding, tolerant and compassionate towards the people you meet. This doesn't mean you should condone anything awful that they do, but simply that you need to look beyond that to the larger picture.
