i took seroquel for a psych medication and ended up with diabetes so what do i do

I am on Seraquel and I wonder if anyone has my problem My face sweats so bad that it is ruining my life I cant wear makeup or nice clothes.Could it be the Seraquel

me and my bro are on 50mg of seroquel we have both been trying to wean ourselves off slowly. we were both given it for insomnia- but we have found that it is the most difficult drug to come off. we have tryed cutting the 25mg tablets into quarters and lowering by 7mgs a every two weeks and still we cannot sleep properly and feel ill. we have both sucsesfully withdrawn from benzodiazapines and methadone and found neither of those drugs were as hrd to reduce. any suggestions on alternatives or similar experiences would be appreciated
