Boston: EMT gets over three years for diverting the drug fentanyl at hospital.

Peter McGlynn, 46, of Raymond, New Hampshire, was sentenced today in United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to 42 months of probation for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, announced United States Attorney John P. Kacavas.
