Not at all (something you would be well aware of if you took the time to read this very thread).

The fact is oil and gas companies have stockpiled thousands upon thousands of permits and leases to drill (literally millions of acres and counting both on and off shore) that they are not utilizing.

Their multinational oligopoly simply manipulates the hell out of you into giving them (and even campaigning for giving them) more rights to more of our resources (via the likes of Piggy McLipstick and Co.) and then deviously squats on and squanders them.

They can drill (both here and now) but they would rather just drill you. Literally. They get more that way.

Sell only in America? It’s cheaper to ship oil from Alaska to Japan, than to get it to American refineries. Oil is fungible, it's traded worldwide. Gasoline might someday replace the dollar, at the rate our government is inflating currency.
