Don't we have more important things to worry about than this? Those clubs pay like 3 million a year in taxes.... You people running this city need to go with that kilpartic moron... Which means leave ..

1 Well, not enough council members were present when the vote was to take place. Seems to me the line should read "Detroit NEEDS to clamp down on its council members".....they're going on vacation soon. A vacation from what?, not showing up at work? Annoying that the council members would turn their backs so soon after the elections - they were out glad-handing not too very long ago! Seems they're among those who claim they want a job but they don't want to work! |

The new council doesn't take effect until January. Those in the current council who were not re-elected most likely don't give a damn anymore. |
