Ritter Expected to Sign Bill Closing Colorado Sex Offender Registry Loophole
Colorado lawmakers are asking Gov. Bill Ritter to close a loophole in the state's sex offender registry that allows convicted sex offenders from other states to move to Colorado without registering.
