Heavy snow kills five in southeast Europe
Four people were reported dead in Croatia and another person died in Serbia, Bulgaria's Sofia News Agency reported Sunday.

Serbia to replace old license plates by end of the year
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic stated on Wednesday that since the beginning of the year 16,000 new license plates have been issued, adding that the old ones will be fully replaced by the end of 2012.
