Greene County Parks & Trails has released images of persons of interest relating to the vandalism at "Santa's Holiday in the Park" at James Ranch Park last month. At some point late Dec. 15 or early Dec. 16, vandals did $8,000 of damage to holiday displays at the Xenia park by removing lights and smashing them, cutting wires and tearing down lighted archways. Comment?

Crime as a whole was down in Xenia in 2014, but like the county, drug and drug-related continued to be a problem. Assaults and domestic violence - considered violent crimes - and theft from vehicles all declined, according to Xenia Police Division Captain Scott Anger. Comment?
