I have been on probation for 6 months for pot. Failed my drug test today and i dont know what is going to happen or what to do.
On probation since march 10th and failed my drug test 10-20-16 and i dont know whats going to happen. I have been going through alot with family and everything. I smoke weed to relieve stress and to help me cope with my anxiety. My PO knows its been rough for me. I have moved alot and been working as well as completed my community service and drug and alcohol. Havent paid my class fines or probation fines off yet. I owe $1008 by march 10th 2017

Judge gave this instruction he said for the record and advised me of my right to speedy and to right to attorney and even went on to say state can't ask for no more then 72 hours but if u need more I can set this matter for later date I said no thanks I be back in 72 hours and did that and state never filed so that means dismissed

I got pulled over, passed the breathalyzer and most of the sobriety tests.. was arrested for possession charge and owi. I failed the blood test for the substance in my possession. The courts dropped my owi charge and gave me a deferment for possession.
