A Wichita Falls man was convicted by a Denton County jury Tuesday of capital murder after the case was transferred from Wichita County, according to an article on page one of the Jan. 14, 2015 edition of the Wichita Falls Times Record News newspaper. A man was arrested for a sexual assault after it was reported to the Wichita Falls Police Department. On September 14, 2014, the victim, a 28-year-old female, reported that the subject she knew, Toby Wayman Brown Jr., sexually assaulted her in a a storage unit located at A-American Self Storage. 1 comment
