How long will it be until I get a court date for a dui in baltimore city?
I was cited for a dui and I am still yet to see anything on case search or yet to receive anything in the mail for a court date . I have already entered treatment and have met with a lawyer but they do not have any information on a court date either.

Will I serve time in jail for operating a business without a trader's license?
I have a business. My father let trader's license lapse. I renewed it in my name, but now am facing a criminal case. I went to a hearing and did not want to plead guilty because it wasn't my fault and I don't want a criminal record. Now I must go before a judge and I have limited understanding of how to approach this

When I'm falsely cited for a crime I didn't commit because of an identification issue, what are my options?
A friend of mine was in possession of my drivers license when he was drunk and cited for failure to ibey a police officer. The officer charged me with the offense because he found my license and assumed it belonged to my friend. I recently received a letter in the mail explaining that I was charged.
You will need to go to court. The statement of charges will have a description of the individual which will not match...
License suspended twice for one DUI instance?
I was arrested for DUI a week prior to Noah’s Law. I accepted taking the breathalyzer and registered a .12. At my first MVA hearing the Admin Judge stated she believed I was DUI and my penalty was a suspended license for 45 days which they then granted me a 45 day restricted license since I was under .15 and 1st offense in 10 years (there was a prior 15 years ago). I also didn’t get interlock because I was below .15. I was convicted of the lesser DWI and 8 points went on my license. Now I received a letter, 11 weeks after the conviction, that my license is being suspended for 9 months or I have to accept interlock for 9 months because of the 8 points on my license. This is the second time my license is being penalized for the same offense. Everywhere I read about the penalties states a suspension (which I was given at the 1st MVA hearing) and 8 points given on the license. Nowhere does it state your license will be suspended twice. Thoughts?
This can happen when you don't receive a PBJ. The first MVA suspension was for the test result. The second for points...
Why was my closed case recently made inactive?
Here's what happened I had 2 DUI cases in the same month in PA. I did everything York county asked me to do went to both my court dates pleaded guilty the whole nine yards. I got probation the first time and then my license suspended in PA for 2 years. That was in 2006 and I even got a printout from 2013 saying my case was closed NOT INACTIVE I know the difference. I get a letter in the mail last week offering me a chance to clear up 2 bench warrants in PA in their "Safe Surrender" program. WTF!! All this was over and done and I even checked the Sheriffs office where I got the info in 2013 and now both cases are INACTIVE. What is happening here? I don't know what to do.
You need to consult with a Pennsylvania attorney about this issue. You can repost your question to Pennsylvania...
Maryland suspends license twice for same dui instance?
Initial MVA hearing suspended license for 45 days. Had taken the breathalyzer and register .12, so the suspension was not for a refusal. After court and conviction of DWI and 8 points I received a letter stating license suspended or 9 months interlock Someone please explain why they can suspend a license twice?
I am not licensed in MD, but it appears the license was initially suspended (45 days) and after the court heard all the...
