A Front Range man might be charged with a felony in connection with a bar fight that took place early Thursday morning, a prosecutor said. But as of Thursday afternoon, Patrick Corse, 24, of Westminster, was charged with only misdemeanors - assault and violation of a protection order. Comment?

A Westminster man has been charged for the fatal shooting of Alexander Maurice Denning on Jan. 16, according to a news release from the 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office. Dean allegedly shot Denning in the chest at his Westminster apartment on Sheridan Bouldevard. Comment?

Three people were arrested Wednesday morning after a shooting near a McDonald's in Westminster followed by a high-speed chase, the Denver Police Department said. The chase ended when the suspects slammed a white SUV into a tree at West 34th Avenue near Quivas Street. Comment?

A 73-year-old man in town for a model train convention was shot Tuesday morning during a home invasion robbery at a Westminster house that also was a marijuana and hash operation. Police were called to the shooting at 3 a.m. at the home on the 7400 block of Julian Street. Comment?
