Can I become a registered nurse with two prior dui arrest
I am thinking about enrolling in school to become RN. However I am very concerned to get denied my license because of my criminal background , I was arrested in New Jersey back in 2009 for failaiure to maintain lanes, refusal to take breathalyzer and dui. All the charges were dropped except the refusal and in 2012 was arrested for refusal and dui, no action were taken on the refusal after I provide the motor vehicle judge with proof of my asthma but I was convicted with dui. I live in Ohio and I am willing to work with an attorney to fix this issue

Will I be paid for days suspended pending drug test results and I passed the drug test?
basically the boss walked up to a group of 3 employees outside and smelled marijuana. The three employees were my direct supervisor and another co-worker and myself. the next day I was rushed away as soon as I got to work and required to ride with boss to off-site medical facility to provide a urine sample. I don't use drugs so the drug screen came back negative. I return to work tomorrow and will be required to speak with the manager. are they required to pay me for the three days I was sent home. by the way the other two employees admitted to smoking marijuana and one of the individuals who admitted to smoking actually explained to manager that I was not partaking in smoking and he actually let them know that I had come over there to tell him to put it out. is there anyway the company can get out of paying for the time I was suspended awaiting pending drug screen results? Thank you in advance for all the help.
The specific answer will come from YOU asking your employer or reading your policy manuel. Otherwise my wild guess is...

Regarding a dismissed als suspension...
I was in court and had a ovi amended to a physical control. I didn't appeal the suspension in the required time. However the judge dismissed the als suspension for a guilty verdict of the amended physical control. My question is do i still have to pay the reinstatement fee, take any classes, ask them for privileges, take the exam? I can't find any research online and don't want to add any charges or ever see the court again besides matters regarding this case by driving to work or any court approved places. If i still owe the reinstatement fee is there any other less expensive options. I also was wondering if i have court approved privileges do i even have to pay the reinstatement first or can i just drive?
The reinstatement fee on a physical control is still $475 in Ohio. If the judge suspended you on the physical you will...
