How do I go about getting my license back.
A few years ago I got myself in no small amount of trouble with DUIs and driving while suspended. I realize time has little to no effect on whether or not I am eligible for a reinstatement however due to health reasons I have had to genuinely change my lifestyle and no longer drink/use at all. For those same reasons it is necessary for me to visit several doctors, all of whom are VA and quite some distance from me. It has become necessary for me to be self sufficiently mobile and need some advice and/or counsel. Thank you. Laramie L. Bahr - 618 556 0666 - [email protected]
Contact a license reinstatement lawyer in that area. Perhaps Tom Speedie in Nashville.

If you blow a .18 in the state of Illinois do you have to take more dui classes than a person who blew a .10
I was told by someone that a 10 hour class, plus an additional 12 hour class is mandatory. This unfortunately was my first ever ticket and I made the poor decision of driving after a wedding and another driver called the police and the police pulled me over in my friends driveway.
Yes. The formula used to calculate your assessment level includes your BAC. An individual who has a BAC of .10 could...
If you plead guilty to dui but are given 1 year court supervision and a fine, This is not a conviction correct?
this is in the state of Illinois, does this mean any ticket whether for speeding or whatever means you then are convicted of original DUI charge
Super is not a conviction. This means no jail and no license revocation. No Secretary of State hearing. However...
Has there been any progress in grandfather ing dui laws ?
Has there been any progress in grandfather ing dui laws For those who cought a dui before Jan 1 ? Of witch the law made it so that you had to have the baiid system in your car for 5years ??? Vs a year ??
Many states use apply "grandfathering" of criminal history in different ways (e.g., in charging vs. sentencing). While...
They split my DUI into a DUI and drug case if I plead Guilty to the DUI would the drug case case be dropped? ?
Since I got pulled over and I was DUI on pills and they found my pills and charged me separately that should be one charge.
DUI and possession are two separate charges. Pleading guilty to one won't result in the other being dismissed unless...
What does "allotment this date vacated" mean in a DUI?
In a DUI case, this is from the sentencing on 4/11/17: "Defendant is ordered to serve a period of incarceration of 60 days in the xxxxx County Correctional Center. Cause continued for status of compliance with electronic home detention in xxxxx County to April 20, 2017." The case was updated on April 20 with: "Representation that the defendant has complied with electronic home detention. By agreement of the parties, allotment this date vacated." What does "allotment this date vacated" mean?
In this context hard to know. Check with the court clerk or your lawyer
