I was arrested for OVI a few days ago. The officer read the Form 2255 to me, but he read it rather fast. I asked him politely if I may read it before signing it because I wanted to make sure I understood everything, and he said no he wouldn't. DUI/failure to operate Ohio. I'm from PA and I have a PA license. I crashed my car into a big pile of gravel and I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The police came to the hospital to serve me a papers and asked me to submit to a blood test, to which I refused. The hospital had already conducted an ethanol blood test.
