How do I know if my DUI charge was fraudulent?
I was pulled over with no explanations as to why. I agreed to a breathalyzer and passed it with a 0.04 level. I was still arrested and charged with DUI.
You would be well advised to hire a criminal defense attorney to advocate for you. You do not wish a DUI conviction on...
Can I "beat" a DUI charge if I didn't blow a BAC considered to be impaired?
I was stopped by highway patrol and basically charged with a DUI. Once booked in I agreed to take a breathalyzer, I blew a 0.04. I was NOT impaired enough to not be able to drive. I have a CDL and want to fight for license.
The legal limit in SC is .04% for a driver holding a CDL. However, a breath analysis is only 1 piece of evidence that...
My bf was on 90 day GPS monitoring. Got pulled over without license. How long will they keep him in jail?
My boyfriend has CDV charges, as well as resisting arrest/assault to a police officer. The charges were a result of a toxic relationship from his past. TWO in one month. First one she bailed him out next day and second, she tried but didn't have enough money. He did 7 months time. I came up with money to get him out. A condition of his release was to be put on GPS monitoring for 90 days. We finally got to start our life together. He was working at least 6 days a week and staying out of trouble... Just last week, he got pulled over driving without a license and they took him back to J Reuben. 90 days would've been up February 20, 2017! On Horry County arrests web page, it says his charges are disposed. How long will they keep him in jail for violating his GPS for driving without license?? Are his charges REALLY disposed?? Ive been emailing and calling his public defender, the solicitor and Home detention nonstop but no one has a straight up answer for me. PLEASE HELP!!!
The status reading "disposed" does not mean that the issue of probation has been resolved - which is evident since it...

Can a urine test determine saved a drug use if that drug stays in your system for several days anyway
I was pulled over for a broken windshield and the cop originally said that he smelled marijuana in my vehicle which is impossible because I don't smoke nor know anyone who does. He made me do a field sobriety test said that I failed and took me to the station blew a 0.00 on the breathalyzer so he then takes me to the local hospital to do a urine test. I had not done any type of drug that day but the day before that I used a substance. He said that the test will determine if I was intoxicated that day that he took me to the hospital and arrested me for DUI my question is is that possible if the drug that I took stays in your system for several days anyway
If the test is positive for a drug then you can expect to be charged. I'd start looking at attorneys now to hire.

I pulled off the side of a dirt road to let a game warden pass, he stopped his truck and started asking us questions i told him i had a few beers but i drank 3 beers early that afternoon and didnt drink anymore it was already 9;00 at night. He gave me a field test with a flashlight and told me i was not that bad and told me get in my truck and drive back home.
