My husband received 5 yrs deferred back in 1-08 for burglary of a habitation out of DeWitt county, TX. He has violated many times, gone to rehab on one violation, but never revoked or has he picked up any new charges. If D.A. agrees this time to revoke him, what is his sentence most likely to be? I know it us completely up to the judge, but most likely, what is he looking at? He has about 1 yr and 4 months left on deferred and is behind on payments. But the restitution center that this county uses has closed down.
