Can we sue an ambulance company and the drunk driver?
On the way to the hospital a drunk drive struck the ambulance. My husband was not strapped down properly and he flew off the gurnee, hit the metal diamond plate and then crunched up in the floor. He received a concussion.

What are my rights while on probation for a DWI in Texas if my urine is diluted?

My urine was very clear when I tested, and I'm worried about a dilute as that would be considered positive. What are my rights in this situation since I am genuinely clean?

What do I do when the person watching me do a UA adds water from the sink to my sample and the results come back dirty?
I was having an extremely difficult time peeing and was only able to produce a really really small sample that was apparently not enough to be sent back for analysis. At that point the gentleman who was monitoring me taking the UA takes the cup of my sample and runs it under the faucet direxlctly in front of me and walks into the next room and asks somebody else if it appeared to be satisfactory to be sent back for results to which he says yes. I call back 2 days later as instructed and am told by my P.O. that my test had come back dirty, which CAN NOT BE TRUE as I have been clean since March, and tells me that she wants me to come in and report to her in approximately less than 2 weeks. What are my options at this point?
More than likely, If you were being honest about being clean, the test came back as "diluted." Not positive in that...
